CPU throttling when playing with mouse

From the start of the season I was playing on PC with pad (PS5) and I had 0 issue with performance, but today I decide to switch to keyboard and mouse and then after playing while my CPU start to throttling from 5 ms to 50 ms. When i restart the game, it come backs to normal but after playing few maps, same thing happens.
I have Ryzen 5800X3D. I had same issue with Ryzen 2700. When I play with just pad, nothing happening. The game work smooth.
I had same issue in last season.
Also I found that a lot of people have similar issues with game but no one knows what was the issue of it.
