Glacial Lance&Controller &Xesht Bug&Zar Wali, the Bone Tyrant bug

there is an Aiming bug on a controller while fighting xesht , the second xesht start doing anything moving around or even casting some of his skills it looks like Glacial Lance completely Fails to Target/Dmg the boss at all
a specially when he start summoning Hands or using the double hand cannon balls
failed 4 xesht runs in the past days because the skill doesnt Target/damage the Boss
i do have dmg and no its not accuracy problem , trying hitting from range and from close range same result
in general Glacial Lance seems not to hit enemys when they are moving even if they are veryyy slow due to slow/chill the skill just doesnt register on them

(pc Controller ,using xbox controller )


also Glacial lance cant target Zar Wali, the Bone Tyrant map boss the controller keep sending the glacial lances in different sides and not to the boss face.
