Cannot enter Ultimatum

Can't access new Ultimatum after failing the previous one. The door is still open but upon trying to enter it, this error message appears "Cannot connect to instance. That subarea no longer exists"
When I put in the new ulitmatum item I get "The operation could not be completed".

Travelling to Hideout and back did not help.
Logging out and in did not help.
