Disconnected during Fortress Map, now crashes immediately upon entering

I have tried rebooting etc. it is trying to enter an instance of a Fortress Map that was created by another party member, they have closed the map and created a new one. Completely locked out of the character - level 87.

Is there a way to force the character to log into the hideout instead of where they logged out from?

So managed to fix this by changing region and making a new character, played for a bit on controller and then logged out. it then reset the character to log back into the hideout
