Directx 12 Black Screen

After some time of play my game bugs just like if I had pressed alt+tab, screen goes black, window unfocus and focus again.

Does anybody know what this is about?

Edit: Just with DX12, with Vulkan its working ok. But DX12 has better performance for me :(
