SSF Character Stuck

SSF (Not hardcore)

ACT III - after clearing bug beach, and getting hidden items, when I click to enter Ziggurat Camp the game presents the following text:

"You are about to enter the Ziggurat Encampment choose an instance to enter below."

The menu below is blank. There are no instances to click on.
