Cant log in on one specific characther (Abnormal disconnection - Failed to join any Instance)

Good day,

i was with a friend in iron citadel on my blood mage, while inside the citadel i changed charachter and went with my monk. The portal was then closed after we died.

Went back to login screen. try to connect to my blood mage (still says he is in iron citadel) and as soon as i connect i got the error. Abnormal disconnection - Failed to join any instance)

So basically my blood mage is stuck forever?
