Dual Wielding 2h attackspeed bug

Might apply to DW 1handed weapons as well, but duel wielding 2h weapons makes attacks SIGNIFICANTLY slower. Seems like all reduced/less attack speed modifiers apply twice?

Old thread but I just ran into this bug myself. Dual wielding two 2H Maces makes your attacks unusably slow. Even if they both have 25% increased attack speed a single 2H mace without any attack speed modifiers is much faster.
