PS5. Instant crash on loading map for the main hero only.

Hello,

I have an issue with my main character amazon. On loading game after selecting character the game is craching instantly. All other heroes works normally. Please help me to resolve the issue.

What time this happened
5 days ago and problem still exist

Gateway / Location
Error messages when failing to teleport, or load into a zone.
Whether you are crashing to the console dashboard or disconnecting back to the login screen
Crashing to the console dashboard

If you can reproduce 100% of the time a video clip would be handy.
Whether you are using a cabled connection or Wifi
Cabled connection

What model console you are using
PS5
Your gamertag or PSN ID (a PM is fine for this if you're uncomfortable posting this publicly)

Forget about it. Play D4 better.. this issue is known since April 17th.
