How long does support take to respond

So I messaged support by email a few weeks back to merge my mtx and stash tabs from xbox to pc for poe 2 I included all the relevant information and never got a response...

when i ordered my supporter pack it took roughly 3 months to hear back from them. hehehe. good luck brother.
