POE 2 NOT LOADIND IN

I have a PS5 PRO. playing POE 2 Great game. My character for the new season the Huntress will not load in. I can load in on my other characters that are on the old season but not the new on. I re-installed the game same thang. I made a new character same thing is happen to that one but if I log out for 1 hour or so it will load in bout the 1st one still will not load in. Can you help me thanking.
