Freezing Salvo shot count bug

- Freezing Salvo resets it shot count and cannot gain charges once you mount your Rhoa companion for the first time upon entering a new zone.

- Bug corrects itself if you dismount & remount your Rhoa.

- Similar interaction with Wind Dancer, but was harder to replicate.
