Endless loading screen when entering the Trial of Chaos

Trying to do a Temple of chaos run but it just hangs on an endless loading screen when I enter through the door after putting in the Ultimatum.tried reloading the game and still nothing. Been having this issue all day..

The only fix has been to wait 15 mins for the instance to reset so it starts me back outside the entrance,which isnt fun at all.
