Storm Wave,Tempest Furry, Charged staff invoker cold issues pls help

Hi Guys,

I need a little help to identify the problem with my character. Actually I only have 2 problems.

1. Cold freeze
I don't know why, but if I get a cold hit, I freeze and immediately with a couple of hits I die. Only freeze. I suspect already a bug here, becase lightning and fire has no issue at all. Resitence already on 75%, but in real looks like cold resistence is 0.

2. Power charges
I use Combat frenzy, herald of thunder with electrolute and resonance passive point. Barely I can get power charges. When I get it works, but very rarely. It is like not building it up fast enough by herald of thunder however I clearly see the thunders are there. The HoT skill level is 14, due to not much dextery which means attac damage is 93%.
If I party with a friend the power charges NEVER appear, so definitely I cannot build up.
