POE2 BUG - Can't complete maps / Atlas going under fog

Whenever I complete a map and get the "Map Completed" pop up inside it, after I return to my hideout and open the Map Device again, the map that I just completed shows as "Map in Progress". When this happens, I can even redo the map using another Waystone, but everything that was on the map (Bosses, Breach, etc.) just goes away.

Sometimes, after I return to the hideout and open the Map Device, my whole map is unexplored, full of fog and I can't progress. After a while, some parts of it appear again, but the map I just 'finished' doesn't have any connection to near nodes I've cleared before. And also some other parts that I'd cleared before are also covered in fog as if i'd never done them.

In rare cases, the map is really completed after I finish it.

I tried:
- Changing between Vulkan and DX12
- Changing resolution and graphic quality
- Teleporting to other cities or maps from the campaign (both generating new instances with ctrl+click and simple click)
- Logging and completing a map in another PC
- /resetatlas but i can't do it since i have maps that are not completed
- Verifying files on Steam
- Reinstalling the game
- Playing with another player in my party

Nothing changed.
