frenzy charges for left side of tree

can we please got something to help left side of the passive tree get frenzy charges.

currently the only reliable way is to stack crit and pin and use a combo of combat frenzy (with its ridiculous cooldown) and snipers mark.

I'm not suggesting a super easy way buy at least something. maybe something similar to splinter or anther conversion node like "resonance" keystone
