DETONATION IMMINENT

After the new patch, I am dying EVERY SECOND!

I keep getting these purple dots on me - Detonation Imminent. They keep building up in numbers and after the countdown, they explode. No matter how much I run or after killing the monster, I still die.

Please help. I can't finish a map, as well as I keep losing EXP from dying. :(

I have problem with this mechanic too. How it work? I die very often
