The Phaaryl Megalith boss encounters

I just ran this for the first time and encountered the same bug twice during the boss gauntlet. Two of the bosses; Black Crow and Manassa, the Serpent Queen, were standing still after spawning and doing nothing for the encounter (Manassa did her animation and lines for spawning adds but none came either).

During this my damage abilities, grenades in particular, were also not hitting them. I had to spam Explosive Shot since that was the only ability able to do damage in my kit. Eventually I was able to whittle each down and the encounter proceeded forward.

I have no idea how to replicate this. Upon each boss spawning (the lightning pillar) I began throwing in my gas grenades, oil grenades and my artillery ballista in preparation for a burst. Maybe these caused the bosses to have issues with their behavior.
