Not getting atlas points BUG

I have completed numerous different activities that is supposed to reward atlas points but I do not get any.

I have done unique maps, cleared corrupted nexuses and even used the specialization books that give 2 atlas points and none of them give atlas points.

I am currently down 6-8 atlas points because of this bug.

Please fix it.
