My character is stuck in Drowned City unable to portal out.

I sent a mail to support+q7550xhd776z@grindinggear.com, but they couldnt help,
and asked me to post here.

Character is stuck in Drowned city unable to use Wp or town portal or any of the other zonings. i Suspect im stuck between act 3 and act 1 cruel. I was trying to get back to aggorat for my two passives.

i find it weird that GGG can not just teleport him out of there?

Please help.
