Infinite Loading Screen at the Trial of Chaos

I’m playing on PS5 but my char won’t load anymore after teleporting to the trial of chaos. I’ve already rebuilt my console’s database and cleared its cache but it did nothing. I can load my other chars no problem though. I need help. Thanks
