0.2.0f - Level 65-74 Inscribed Ultimatums not giving 10 chambers

According to the 0.2.0f patch notes:

"

Trials of Chaos that have 10 chambers and thus grant up to 6 Ascendancy Passive Skill Points can now be attempted from level 65, down from 75.

As far as I can see, this is not working. Every Inscribed Ultimatum I have that is between 65 and 74 (inclusive) only allows 7 chambers (and thus does not allow getting your third set of ascendancy points.

This is also the case for any newly dropped Inscribed Ultimatums since 0.2.0f dropped.

Just ran a level 67 Trial of Chaos to confirm it wasn't just the text not having been updated on the Inscribed Ultimatum and I confirmed that it is actually not working. I only got the 7 chambers that it mentioned on the item description.
