My characters lost now

I finally made it to endgame finally got the last ascendancy points and get errored from the game now anytime I load my character it closes the game please help i want to enjoy what I put all that time into getting.
I play on ps5 if that helps any. Zuletzt angestoßen am 21.04.2025, 17:27:19
