Game froze/crashed first time loading into ardura caravan can’t relog

After talking to Zarka and trying to load into the Ardura Caravan for the first time the game froze and and exception message popped up. After hitting okay the whole game closed. I tried to open the game and reload my character and the same thing happened. I opened steam and verified the games files. Once done I opened the game progressed to character selection and the same thing happened again.
