Game automatic close after select charector

I'm try to select charector then game automatic close(in loadding screen). (Now chalector warping to Ziggurat Encampment Act 3) Zuletzt angestoßen am 20.04.2025, 18:52:00

I have this problem too but for me its Act 2 in the caravan encampment. 2 characters are essentially bricked. No way to access them because the game crashes as soon as it freezes in the loading screen.
