Stuck at trial of chaos loading screen permanently

Changed ascendancy got an error code then can’t log back in ever again every time I go in I’m on trial of chaos loading screen never ending can’t reset anything I have to hope my post gets recognized out of millions because I’m the only person who it’s happening too months days who knows how long till I can play the game again can I at least get a t shirt for my troubles or something?
