Timeout was reached while downloading

As title says, i was trying to update my poe 2 EA, however I have been facing timeouts during the update.

I tried diffrent times, unistall and reinstall still same issue.

i could copy the error if it makes any difference

is it a known issue? the problem from my side? or GGG side?
