Mektul the Forgemaster BUG

I cannot move When fighting the boss. the timing is boss out of the lava, and using a skill hit me, then I cannot move anymore. I can using skill, just the mana is decreasing, but there is no action. the lava over me, but life is not decreasing, then after 1 minitue, I dead.
