Precursor tablet no warning, not applying to incomplete maps 0.20f

Not sure if this is a bug but I spent ages clearing out most of the maps around a tower, leaving only 1 (+1 cleansed) map without a boss, and 12 maps incomplete, trying to get the lv82 boss atlas passives. I applied 2 precursor tablets which said they'd irradiate 37 maps, and put bosses in 7 maps. It gave no warning that it could not apply that many (as it used to in 0.1). The 11 maps containing bosses got irradiated, but the one remaining map got no boss, nor irradiation. I'm guessing it counted applying the bosses and irradiation to maps that were already completed.
