Amulet spirit bug

Im 55 level monk in the act 2 cruel. I have amulet with 43 spirit but ı have 60 spirit. I was changed amulet but my spirit doesn't change in last 1 hour.

I want to add my problem to this conversation. There is an amulet that gives +41 to spirit. My spirit was initially 152. When putting on the amulet, the spirit indicator does not increase. It should be 152 + 41 = 193. But the value does not change, remaining at 152
