Network spikes EU server

Hi everyone. I often have network issues while gaming, but these days I can't even play, to the point of crashing from the server. Is this happening to anyone else? When I press the F1 key, I can clearly see large spikes in the graph. Is this a problem with me or the game? Thank you very much.
