Minion spirit not working correctly

I've recently started playing minions and using the Rattling Sceptre
Occassionally, the skeleton warriors die, and instead of reviving it reserves more spirit for skeleton warrior minions (for the free ones), meaning during a fight i have less minions. Removing spirit and reassigning it temporarily fixes the issue, but it reappears after the skeleton warriors die.

Bumping this. This remains a bug in 0.3. Here is a video showing the missing minion despite sufficient spirit:

160 spirit: 30 reserved from withering presence, 20 from vitality. 110 spirit using dark defiler sceptre with level 11 skeletal warrior minion. Requires 110 spirit to create 7 minions. Start of video shows 6 and in gem/skill sheet shows 7 but a warning of insufficient spirit. Removing all minions and reassigning up to 7 works.

I did not record a video showing the loss of the minion count, but will update when it occurs. Not using a weapon swap.

Here's an additional video where you can see when the minion revive timer expires the minion limit status icon goes from 7 to 6 (FWIW the gem/skill page still showed 7, but said not enough spirit to summon 7 like in previous video).

Some speculation: The 7 to 6 does not happen every time a minion dies and is revived. It does not seem to depend on whether only 1 minion is being revived or multiple. Seems almost random.

Same here.
Playing minions in 0.4.0d and can confirm this is still an issue.
