Trial of CHAOS no points given! FIX IT please!

I have 6 asc points asc3 finished in Sekham. I completed Chaos 10 trials LVL 76 key specified I will get asc points.

When I interact with the Altar, after claiming the rewards, it only opens up my passive tree and nothing else happens I do not get the points!

FIX THIS, please.
