PS5 Paladin supporter pack cannot upgrade

Hi I have been raising this for quite a while now, I purchased Lord of Ogram as my early access key. Later in when settlers of Kalgur supporter packs got released, I purchased the paladin supporter pack with the intent of upgrading.The problem is it doesn't have upgrade option, unlike lord ogram. There is a work around to go thru poe1 which is not availble in my region
