Ps5 infinite crash, cant log into my 1 character but I can on others

My lich character stuck on loading screen into a map and it force crash my ps5 everytime I log into that character. All other characters are ok. If you can please help by taking my character out of the map. I really sad I got to end game just to get stop by not being able to log in.
