Incorrect waystone tier reward from tower map boss

Ran a tier 5 waystone on a tower map that included a map boss. Instead of dropping the tier 6 waystone, another tier 5 was dropped.

The boss included in the screenshot, which also indicates a monster level 69 (nice) zone, is a clone of the trial of sekhemas floor 3 boss: Ashar the Sandmother.

This may be an unintended effect of the recent 0.2.0f change:

Tower and Hideout Maps now have a higher minimum number of Rare monsters that can spawn. The final Rare monster defeated in Tower and Hideout Maps will now drop a Map of the same tier you are running (as long as you have enough Waystone Chance). Defeating the final Rare monster in Tower Maps is still not required to complete a Tower Map.
