POE2 Rake + Culmination Bug

I was running the new Rake skill along with Rapid Assault. I put Culmination support on Rake and used Rapid Assault along with Practiced Combo in order to build combo stacks quickly for Rake.

I noticed however, when I used Rake, the combo would not reset to 0 even though its suppose to consume the combo for bonus damage.

Upon testing, it would appear this is not just a visual glitch as I was doing massive damage to a boss with every Rake attack.

I only got this bug to happen with Rake, Culmination seemed to work normally for other skills.

Curious if anyone else had a similar bug with Culmination on a different set of skills.
