Got operation timeout message and deleted all my loot and labeled my map as attempted

I was running a sandspit T15 and running ritual. I got the audience of the king and spent the points to get it. Right after that, the message showed up and kicked me to the login screen. Once i reconnected, my inventory did not contain any of the loot that i got in that map. Funny thing is i died and had Omen of Amelioration proc. HOWEVER, it wasn't there when i reconnected. So i lost my previous inventory item AND the ones i got from the map.


Please fix this. it is very demoralizing
