Abnormal Disconnection Error: Failed to join any instances

I last played yesterday, and logged out of the game while in the Felled Wood hideout. I have not yet unlocked the Felled Wood hideout on this league's atlas. I am now unable to join the game on that character (I get the error listed in the title), while I am able to join on other characters perfectly fine.

It seems that logging out in a hideout that was unlocked from a previous league could be problematic?

EDIT: Finally was able to connect after about 10 minutes of waiting and connecting/disconnecting on other characters - not sure why it was throwing the error originally.
