Can't scroll skill info on PS5

when you go to the advanced info of a skill it say i can use my right stick to scroll over, but it doesn't work. On explosive spear there are 'spear' 'explosion' and 'frenzy charge' tabs but i cant view them.

i also think we need more loot.
