T15 Lvl 80 map boss dropped literally zero things on death

Killed a T15 lvl 80 map boss on Crimson Shores. They didn't drop a single thing. Yes, I checked that it wasn't just loot filtered away.

Edit: Looks like the game still thinks the Rock boss is still alive. It won't let me open portals either.
