Bug: Rapid Shot with Valako's Vice and The Three Dragons

When using Rapid Shot when wearing Valako's Vice Gloves and The Three Dragons helmet, I trigger Herald of Thunder instead of Herald of Ice. It means that Lightning damage that is converted from fire due to the Valako's Vice gloves contributes to the Shock Chance, but it should contribute to the Chill Chance instead, due to The Three Dragons Helmet.
