Bug entering the Manor area cruel act 1

Hey so in cruel act 1 I can't access the manor? It was bugged before DOTH patch and thought maybe it'll be fixed but I still can't access the area? seems wasted hours I wanted to play and re spec without having to do the whole thing again.
