Trial of the Sekhemas 3rd Ascension points NOT GIVEN

Hi Team I'm quite upset I completed Trials 3rd Ascension and it said click alter to claim points when I clicked no points were given. it was active but didn't give me my points I'm very frustrated about this as it shouldn't be an issue. I cant seem to upload images here if someone can assist I have the screenshots.

Update: I got the points once I exited the area through the portal. There's no visual confirmation of the points but clicking on the empty nodes will let you assign them.
