The fight was bugged. I hit his health down quite fast, but he never took the bell to go to the next phase. Instead, he became invincible. Had him let me kill....

That's a wierd thing but it also happen to me.
Cause we out dps him before his phase 3 when he took the bell. So you need to wait for dps him. Quick exemple on this video: https://streamable.com/39ifty?src=player-page-share |
