Viper no poison jabs

I heavy stunned viper during her hovering phase while the phalanx had their shields on an angle. One side of the phalanx never returned their shields to the normal position. In future 'poison' phases, their spears would glow but they would not actually do their spear jabs, trivializing that phase.
