make list for people you can ignore larger

you can only put so many people on the ignore list and when that is full you can add anyone else and that is stupid I don't wanna read the same people spam chat saying they will do ascendancy Carry's for 1 div or 80 ex all day long please fix this limited amount of people you can ignore
