Strongboxes grant unique bug

Sometimes when you have the modifier "grants an additional unique item" It sometimes just doesn't grant the item? The chest had quality 12% as well so maybe the modifier did not take and was overwritten? Should look into that seeing how this is the League of strongboxes (jokes..Kinda)

OH GOD i did get a chance shard but i thought that was from the rare mob i killed on top of it. WTF is GGG smoking
