Xbow skill Siege Cascade not working as intended

Noticed a bug with "siege cascade"

Should fire a bolt at every target in target radius, but it doesnt.
I have a 7m radius and its supposed to rain down bolts over my screen when there are enemies, but often it only targets enemies in front (the term radius should include all enemies around you) and even if there are 20 enemies in front of you or in your radius, it often targets only 1-5 of them.

Makes an already inconsistent skill way worse.
But it seems its intended to use a spear as 60% of all players do and play LS...
