Trade and Party broken for me!!!!!!!

I can not trade with anyone nor can i browse parties or join them. My invites never make it to the other player. I have been stuck in act 2 normal on the last boss because i cant get gear upgrades since nothing ever drops, nor can i join a public party to kill him. It has been 2 weeks. This problem only happens to my DOTH classes. My last league classes can do all these things just fine. I have made several classes and progressed them till i can go any farther with out Trade or Parties. This is getting ridiculous!!! I put in 2 different emails to support one verified link and one not. They are almost 12 days old and not even a response. I know they are busy patching everything and then breaking 16 other things. But could you take 10 sec to respond and say Hey we are looking into it!
